🍿 We’re the Millers: Detailed Plot Synopsis
David’s predicament
David Clark, a small-time pot dealer, finds himself in debt to his supplier, Brad Gurdlinger, after being robbed. To clear his debt, David is forced to smuggle a large shipment of marijuana from Mexico into the United States. Knowing he can’t do it alone without raising suspicion, he concocts a plan to create a fake family.

The Millers are formed
David recruits Rose O’Reilly, a stripper, to act as his wife. He also enlists Kenny Rossmore, his awkward neighbor, to play their son, and Casey Mathis, a street-smart runaway, to be their daughter. Together, they form the ‘Miller’ family and set off on their mission in a large RV, hoping to blend in and avoid detection at the border. The journey is fraught with mishaps and close calls.

Encountering the Fitzgeralds
During their trip, the Millers encounter the Fitzgeralds, a seemingly normal family. The two families bond, but David soon discovers that Don Fitzgerald is a DEA agent. This revelation adds another layer of complexity and danger to their already precarious situation. They are also being hunted by Pablo Chacon, from whom the drugs were stolen.

💥 We’re the Millers Reviews
Personal Review
I went into We’re the Millers expecting a dumb comedy, and I got exactly that, but in the best possible way. The movie is hilarious! I loved the ridiculous situations the ‘family’ found themselves in. Jennifer Aniston was surprisingly great as a stripper, and Will Poulter completely stole the show as Kenny. I was laughing from beginning to end. The scene where Kenny raps ‘Waterfalls’ by TLC is pure comedic gold, and I found myself rewinding it to watch again. I also really liked the dynamic between all the characters and how they slowly turned into a real family.
