Lt. Nikolai Rachenko (Dolph Lundgren), a highly trained Soviet Spetsnaz operative, is tasked with infiltrating and assassinating Sundata, a leader of the anti-communist rebels in an African country. Rachenko is a ruthless killing machine, completely loyal to the Soviet cause.
