Okay, so it is a dumb action movie. I watched it and enjoyed every minute of the absurdity. The plot holes are hilarious. Cindy Crawford may not be Meryl Streep, but it adds to its B-movie charm. I remember renting it back then and was just happy I got to see her with Billy Baldwin and I still enjoy this movie from time to time. I definitely enjoyed the last scene and the movie kept me entertained.
