Personal Review
I really wanted to love Hotel Artemis, and there are parts I did. The whole idea of a secret hospital for criminals is super cool, and the world-building is fantastic. Jodie Foster is awesome as the Nurse, and Dave Bautista is surprisingly great as Everest. However, the plot felt a bit messy, and I wish they’d spent more time developing the characters. That fight scene with Sofia Boutella was awesome and definitely my favorite part! Overall, it’s a fun movie, but it could have been so much more.
